The wooden Roma peel allows you to bake pizza by-the-metre pizza, but is also useful in bakeries.

Made of multilayer beech wood with a thickness of 7 mm, which absorbs moisture from the dough, allowing the pizza to glide smoothly over the blade. It is equipped with milling at the edge, which facilitates the descent of the product.
