Wooden Modena peel

Peel plate made of medium-evaporation multilayer beech (7 mm thick). Due to the wood's ability to absorb moisture, there is less adherence of the dough and thus better gliding.

The milling facilitates the rising of the pizza onto the peel plate.

The main characteristic of this model is the reinforced handle, consisting of the extension of the oval tube on the blade plate in which an additional reinforcement made with an aluminium sheet is inserted. This is firmly fixed by means of flat-head rivets (which do not compromise the surface of the blade plate) to the peel plate ; this ensures greater support for the plate itself, which is heavy due to its large size.

Pressed rivets join the parts together in a solid, strong and durable manner.

The wooden end piece is attached to the handle by means of a screw. The hole in the handle allows the product to be hung on all hook brackets and the shaping makes it compatible with bracket supports. In case of breakage, replacement is recommended and spare parts are available.
