The 6 aluminium feet at the base of the grid allow optimal spacing from the supporting surface, facilitating the escape of steam from the freshly cooked product, thus keeping it crispy.
The stretched and flattened mesh and the edging made of AISI 304 stainless steel offer good mechanical and heat resistance.
