Perforated stainless steel Cuore peel

This shape is designed and created to make it easier to reach the pizza even when there are several pizzas inside the oven, without touching the other ones.

The used stainless steel (AISI 304) has very good qualities concerning mechanical strength, corrosion resistance and heat resistance, and is therefore very suitable for baking peels that are exposed to heat for a long time and need resistance to wear. The tube has a diameter of 18 mm.

Perforation allows you to have a lighter product; furthermore, during the handling of the pizza, the friction between the holes and the dough allows excess flour to be removed.

The ergonomic polypropylene runner is necessary when using the longer blades in order to have control over the movement and the slide stop (consisting of a stainless steel insert) blocks its sliding towards the blade plate.
