Double brush with scraper

The double multilayer beech brush is equipped with brass and stainless steel bristles.

The brass bristles are heat-resistant and not too hard so as not to scratch the oven base during cleaning. In addition, being flexible, they best brush the oven surface from flour and ash. The stainless steel bristles are useful for cleaning steel griddles and grills, not used for oven cleaning due to the hardness of the fibres which would damage the refractory floor.

A removable aluminium scraper is installed on the brush. The scraper allows you to scrape off any incrustations on the cooking surface.

The ergonomic end piece allows a comfortable grip on the tool; it has a hole for hanging the product. In case of damage or breakage, its replacement is recommended and is available.
